Become a featured artist at Resource Depot through our “Group Sculpture Workshop!” This team building activity will teach participants how to find confidence through collaborative problem solving, all while making art. For families with kids ages 6+.

About the Event
During this workshop, multiple families will work together to create a light sculpture out of CD cases and other upcycled items, which will then be displayed for a limited time at Resource Depot!
Before beginning the activity, we will go over some of the unique ways light affects different types of materials. This is to help the participants guide their creative decision making. We will also go over listening and teamwork skills to aid them in their collaboration.
Families will create together and encourage their little crafters to interact with their teammates. By the end of the workshop, participants would have made a beautiful group CD light sculpture, which Resource Depot will display for all its patrons to admire!
This activity is for families with kids ages 6+. Tickets are sold at $15 per group of 2 to 4 people, which includes parent(s)/guardian(s).
No experience Necessary and all materials provided.
